Company

A small, senior team, and a problem most of healthcare has decided to live with.

Pharmacies and practices lose money they are already owed, and find out months later from a remittance. Attergo prices every fill against the contract that governs it and shows the gap before the fill leaves the counter. If that is the kind of problem you want, we would like to hear from you.

The standard the code is held to

Money is an integer number of cents in every request, every response and every calculation, and the build fails if a monetary value is ever typed as a float. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database rather than in application code, so a query that forgets the tenant returns nothing. Every raw payload is archived before anything parses it, and the projections above it are re-runnable.

Security claims are compared against the running system on every build. If a sentence on this website stops matching the machine, the release stops. That is the level of proof the work is written to, and it is the part most engineers tell us they came for.

What you can expect from us
  • Your mail is read by the person you would be working beside.
  • A real answer, quickly, whichever way it goes.
  • We look at what you have built before we book anything, and we tell you what we thought of it.
  • Senior scope from the first week. There is no bench here.

What you would own

Reimbursement

Pricing every dispensed fill against its real cost basis at the moment it adjudicates, and explaining the difference in terms a pharmacist can act on.

Claims and evidence

Claim submission and remittance, and the sealed evidence a pharmacy hands an auditor two years later without asking us for anything.

Integrations

One adapter per dispensing system, everything above it vendor-blind, ingesting inbound only and writing nothing back into a system of record.

The safety floor

Tenant isolation in the database, an append-only log of every read of patient data, and the build gates that fail when a claim stops being true.

Getting in touch

Write to hello@attergo.com. Tell us what you have built that you would want judged, and which of the four above you would want to own. A repository, a shipped feature or a write-up of something that went wrong is worth more here than a formatted CV.

Healthcare data carries obligations from the first day. Everyone who touches this product signs the same agreements our customers hold us to, and reaches a tenant only under a named, time-boxed grant that appears in that tenant's own log.
