How it works
Every obligation attached to a location, a person or a program sits in one register with its owner, its evidence and its expiry date. License status is worked out from the date on every pass rather than stored once and trusted afterwards.
Nothing gets marked done on somebody's word. A task closes when the evidence is attached or the attestation is signed, and the reminders go to the named owner at ninety days, sixty, thirty and seven. Nobody has to remember anything.
A trace document loads whole or not at all. Give it a lot number and the chain of custody comes back hop by hop, with any break in it named rather than glossed over.
