Report the number, and keep what it was made of
Organizations preparing for the Rural Health Transformation Program face a familiar operational shape. The terms are set above them, the reporting is per facility, and the evidence is asked for long after the work. Attergo holds the terms you are given as modelled rates and keeps the evidence attached to every figure you report.
An aggregate with nothing underneath it cannot be defended
Funding that flows through a state and out to sites is reported in aggregate and questioned at the site. The evidence that answers the question lives in a dispensing system here, a practice management system there, and a spreadsheet somebody maintains. It gets reassembled by hand every reporting cycle, under a deadline, using the exact staff hours the funding was meant to buy back.
The mechanism behind it.
Every figure carries its facility
Facility travels with each event, claim and obligation from the moment it arrives. A per-site number is computed rather than re-keyed, and a roll-up can always be taken apart again.
Whatever arrangement you are directed to, priced by one engine
Fee schedule, percent of charge, percent of fee schedule, per diem, case rate, DRG weighted, acquisition plus and capitated run through the same code path, on exact whole amounts, with rounding applied once. An arrangement outside fee for service does not become an estimate.
A reporting requirement that arrives late is still answerable
Events are stored as they arrive and kept. A report is a question asked of them, so a requirement published after the fact is answered from records that were already being written.
The same measure, defined once, for as long as the reporting runs
Metric definitions are versioned and carry their lineage and a freshness stamp. A multi-year program asks the same question several times, and the answers only compare if the definition behind them held.
Read the rules from the body that wrote them.
This describes software, not a program. Eligibility, terms, obligations and dates are set and published by the administering body, they change, and they are the version that governs you. Attergo administers no program named here, determines no eligibility and files nothing with an agency on your behalf. No approval, endorsement, participation or affiliation is claimed or implied.
