Capabilities

The work, before the module names

Nobody staffs a module. Organizations staff revenue integrity, access, network operations, pharmacy operations, compliance and intelligence, and each of those runs across several parts of Attergo at once. These pages describe the discipline and then name the products underneath it.

Attergo: the unified work queue, showing what needs attention across margin, billing, authorizations and compliance in one list.

Revenue Integrity

Expected reimbursement computed from the contract term that governs each line, and the difference from what actually arrived.

Access and Authorizations

Authorization cases raised from the event that revealed the need, with criteria decided one at a time and three deadlines kept apart.

Network Operations

Providers, credentials, participation, directory records and delegated oversight, reconciled against each other rather than trusted separately.

Pharmacy Operations

Dispensing, purchasing, inventory and traceability, priced and recorded as each event happens.

Compliance

Controls with owners and dates, evidence assembled as the work happens, and retention and legal hold applied by policy.

Intelligence

Metrics defined once, computed from recorded events, and published with their freshness and their lineage attached.

Products and capabilities

The difference, stated plainly.

A product is a thing you buy and turn on. A capability is work your organization already does, usually across several products at once. Revenue integrity is not one product; it reaches dispensing, claims, remittances and contracts. Both views describe the same platform, and each capability page names the products it runs across.
