Name the feed that stopped, and how long it has been quiet
A connection to a hospital is one row and several conversations: an 837 outbound, an 835 inbound, a real time eligibility check, an ADT feed. On any given Monday three are fine and one has been silent since Friday. Attergo tracks health per interface, so the answer names the feed.
Silence throws no error
The integration failure that costs money is the one where nothing arrives. There is no exception to catch and no alert to fire. It is findable only by a clock, and only against a stated expectation. A feed quiet for two hours is broken at a fifteen minute cadence and perfectly normal at a nightly one.

Each interface carries its own state and the sentence behind it, including saying so plainly where no cadence has been stated and silence therefore cannot be measured.
A data catalogue that answers the security questionnaire
Every field arriving on an interface is catalogued with its classification. That is also the answer to what PHI we receive, the first question in every enterprise assessment.
Lineage down to the transformation
A field in the model traces back through the mapping rule and its transformation to the element it came from. A wrong number is traceable to what produced it, not merely to where it arrived.
Quarantine and replay, both bounded
A malformed record is held by reference to the sealed archive rather than copied. Releasing one takes a written judgement, and the replay window is capped so a mistake costs a day.
