Why this exists
Independent pharmacies describe the same problem in one sentence: I do not find out I lost money until it is gone. The data to prevent that already existed. It was streaming out of their dispensing system and nobody was listening to it.
So we listen to it. Attergo sits beside the systems you already run, reads the events they already emit, and turns them into a decision at the counter instead of a discovery at reconciliation.

- Ingestion is inbound only. Nothing we do writes back into your system of record, so removing us changes nothing about how you dispense.
- Month to month. If we are not protecting more than we cost, you should leave.
- Every derived figure carries the moment it was computed from, so a number that is lagging says so on the screen.
What the platform does
Prices every fill
Each dispensed fill is priced against the contract that governs it, at the moment it adjudicates, so the gap is visible before the fill leaves the counter.
Turns clinical work into claims
Billable encounters are recognised from the event stream, documented, and carried through submission to remittance.
Keeps the evidence
Every raw payload is archived before anything interprets it, so an audit response two years later is assembled rather than reconstructed.
