When you sell tickets or take donations, the payment provider’s fee and any Attergo service fee are itemised before you publish and again before a guest pays. You decide whether guests pay them or you absorb them, where local rules and the provider allow.

Upgrading costs the difference between plans. Moving down never removes invitations, replies or passes. Per-event plans never renew, and their validity period is shown before you buy.
Yes. You can create an event, invite up to 75 guests, collect replies, plan the budget, seat people on a 2D plan and check them in without entering a card. There is no trial period and no time limit on the free plan.
A per-event plan is a one-time purchase for one event. It covers that event through planning, the day itself and its archive, for the period shown before you buy. It never renews and never turns into a subscription.
Upgrade to the next plan and pay only the difference between the two prices, or add more guests to your current plan. Nothing you have already sent, collected or published is lost.
Yes. Moving down never deletes invitations, replies or passes guests already hold. Features above the new plan simply stop being available for new work.
You choose whether guests pay ticket fees on top of the ticket price or whether you absorb them, where the payment provider and local rules allow it. Either way, every fee is itemised before you publish a paid event and again before a guest pays.

Yes. Planner Pro includes event credits that cover client upgrades, plus separate client workspaces, staff seats and reusable templates. Venue and Enterprise plans are priced with you based on rooms, events and teams.
Accessibility requests, step-free seating, privacy controls, data export, safety tools on the day and the ability to cancel or downgrade are included on every plan, including Free.
