Know what you have spent, what you owe and what is next.

Set a budget, turn quotes into commitments and commitments into payments, and give every task an owner and a date. Attergo keeps the money and the to-do list in step with your guest list.

Accept a quote to see the budget and the task list update.

Budgets drift quietly until the final invoice.

A deposit is paid from one account and forgotten. A quote is accepted by text. The caterer’s price was per head, and the head count went up. By the week of the event nobody can say what is still owed, or to whom.

How planning works

What you get

  • Committed, paid and outstanding amounts for every budget line
  • Deposits and balances that never fall through the cracks
  • Tasks with owners and dates, shared with the right people
  • Variance flagged when a commitment exceeds its budget
  • A closeout report instead of a weekend with receipts
  1. Start from a sensible baseline

Templates suggest budget lines and tasks for your kind of event, scale and region. Adjust them to your plans and your currency.

  2. Track every commitment

When you accept a quote, the amount becomes committed against its budget line. Deposits and balances get due dates and owners.

  3. Record payments as they happen

Mark payments and attach receipts. The budget always shows committed, paid and still owed, in your base currency and any display currency.

  4. Keep tasks moving

Tasks have owners, due dates, dependencies and reminders. Boards, lists and calendar views show the same plan in the way each person prefers.

  5. Close out cleanly

After the event, the closeout report compares baseline, committed and paid, line by line, ready to share or archive.

Asked about Budgets and planning

Can I plan in my own currency?

Yes. Each event has a base currency, and you can show amounts in a second display currency. Exchange rates and their sources are recorded with each conversion.

Does Attergo hold money or pay my suppliers?

No. Attergo tracks what you owe and what you have paid. You pay suppliers directly, and attach receipts so the record is complete.

Can my co-host and planner see the budget?

Only if you allow it. Budget access is a separate permission, and suppliers never see your budget or other suppliers’ prices.

What if I made a mistake in an expense?

Correct it with a void and a new entry. Attergo keeps the history so the budget always explains itself, rather than silently overwriting amounts.
