What happened, who was there and what it all cost.

Afterwards, guests add photos to a shared album you approve, sign the guestbook and receive your thanks. You get a closeout report covering attendance, sessions, sales and spend, and an archive you can keep or reuse.

The event ends and the record scatters.

Photos are spread across forty phones. Thank-you cards go to people who could not come. The final numbers live in a bank app, a ticketing export and a notebook. Next year you start again from nothing.

How the afterwards works

What you get

  • A moderated shared album with consent for tagging
  • A digital guestbook and links to speeches
  • Thank-yous segmented by who actually attended
  • A closeout report for attendance, sales and spending
  • A full archive export, and reusable templates with Planner Pro
  1. Open the album

Invite guests to add photos and videos. Nothing appears until you or a moderator approve it.

  2. Collect the guestbook

Guests leave messages and links to speeches or recordings, which you can keep privately or share with everyone who attended.

  3. Send thanks that fit

Send thank-you notes segmented by attendance, so the guests who came and the guests who could not each get the right message.

  4. Close out the numbers

The closeout report brings together attendance, sessions, sales, refunds, settlements and budget, with privacy-safe aggregates.

  5. Archive or reuse

Download a complete archive in common formats, and with Planner Pro turn the event into a template without carrying over anyone’s private answers.

Asked about Memories and analytics

Who can see the shared album?

You decide: only you, the guests who attended or everyone with the link. Photos appear only after approval, and guests can ask for photos of them to be removed.

Is face recognition used on guest photos?

No. Attergo does not use face recognition or face tagging on guest photos, and nothing identifies a guest in a photo automatically.

What is in the closeout report?

Attendance by function and session, sales and refunds, settlements, budget against actual spend, and supplier payments. Reports use aggregates and never expose individual guests’ private answers.

How long is my event data kept?

You can download a full archive of each event whenever you want, and guests can ask for their own photos and answers to be removed.
