Sell the floor, run the hall and keep every exhibitor on schedule.

A booth map you can sell from, exhibitor teams with their own portal, sponsor packages with visible fulfilment, and visitor registration that feeds badge scanning on the floor. One event, one ledger.

Exhibitions are a marketplace inside an event. You are selling space, managing dozens of companies with their own staff and deadlines, and promising sponsors exposure you need to be able to prove. Attergo draws the hall to scale, shows what is sold, held and available, and lets exhibitors manage their own team.

Visitors register for the days they plan to attend. When an exhibitor scans a badge, the visitor’s details are shared only if the visitor agreed to it.

Typical room layout. Every plan is drawn to your venue’s real measurements.

About exhibitions and trade fairs.

Can exhibitors book booths themselves?

Yes. Publish the floor plan with booth types and prices, and exhibitors choose from available booths. You can hold booths for sponsors or approve each booking.

How are exhibitor staff passes managed?

Each exhibitor has a pass quota. Their team lead invites staff within that quota from the exhibitor portal.

Is lead scanning compliant with visitor privacy?

Visitors choose at registration whether exhibitors may receive their details when their badge is scanned. Without that choice, a scan records a visit and nothing else.

Does the floor plan show fire and safety approvals?

EventTwin shows measured layouts and flags estimated collisions. It does not replace venue or authority sign-off, which you record against the plan.
