Every ceremony, every side of the family, one calm plan.

Introductions, traditional rites, the church or civic ceremony, the reception and the brunch the morning after. Attergo treats each one as its own function with its own guest list, questions and seating, inside one wedding.

Weddings are rarely one event. They are a run of gatherings with overlapping guest lists, two families with their own expectations, and a budget that several people are watching. Attergo keeps all of it in one plan, so a change to the reception headcount reaches the caterer, the seating plan and the door list without anyone copying it across.

Invite a household once and let every person answer for themselves, ceremony by ceremony. Ask about meals only for the meals, attire only where there is a dress code, and access needs where they matter. When the replies are in, SeatSense proposes a seating plan that keeps families together and honours the requests you made.

What weddings and multi-day ceremonies need.

Guest lists that differ by ceremony

Aunties invited to the traditional rites, colleagues invited only to the reception. Each function keeps its own list and its own count.

Two families, one budget

Contributions, deposits and who has paid for what stay visible to the people managing the money and nobody else.

Seating that keeps the peace

Keep-together and keep-apart rules are hard rules. If they cannot all be met, you see the conflict before anyone sits down.

Vendors who need the final numbers

Caterers, decorators and photographers get the counts and timings they need, not your whole guest list.

Several functions, one event.

Each function has its own guest list, questions, capacity and plan, so people are asked only about what they are invited to.

  1. Introduction

A smaller gathering for close family, or an engagement, with its own invitation list and no seating plan unless you want one.

  2. Traditional ceremony

Attire guidance, family roles and an expected headcount that is often far larger than the reception.

  3. Church service

Arrival times, ushers, reserved rows for family and a quiet entrance for anyone who needs step-free access. The Civil wedding template sets up a civil ceremony instead.

  4. Reception

Tables, meals, speeches, music and the run of show that keeps the evening on time.

Starting points for local customs, chosen by you.

About weddings and multi-day ceremonies.

Can each ceremony have a different guest list?

Yes. Every function has its own invitation list and its own RSVP questions. A guest can be invited to the reception only, or to every ceremony, and their invitation shows only what applies to them.

How do households reply?

One invitation goes to the household. Each person answers for themselves, function by function, including meals and access needs. You see each person’s answers individually.

Can we seat both families without a spreadsheet?

SeatSense proposes a plan from your rules: households together, people kept apart, guests of honour at the right table and step-free places for anyone who asked. You lock what you like, adjust the rest and publish when ready.

Can guests send gifts or contributions through Attergo?

You can link to an external registry and track gifts and thank-you notes. Collecting money depends on the payment options available in your country, listed on the regional availability page.

What happens after the wedding?

Guests add photos to an album you moderate, sign the guestbook and receive thank-you notes. The whole event can be archived or downloaded.
