One address for everything your guests need to know.
Your event website collects the schedule, venue, travel, dress code, FAQs and reply form in one place. Make it public, private or invitation-only, and keep organiser details out of sight.
The same five questions arrive every day.
What time does it start? Is there parking? What should I wear? Where are we staying? Guests ask because the answers are scattered across an invitation image, a group chat and a forwarded email. Every answer you give by hand is one you will give again tomorrow.

What you get
- A responsive site that works on any phone, even on slow connections
- Public, password-protected or invitation-only visibility
- Content in each guest’s language, with your text in your words
- Organiser data kept separate from anything published
- A web address you can change, with plain map links and no tracking
Start from your event
Your site is drafted from the event itself: functions, times and places are already there, with a reply section that leads each guest to their personal link. Choose a theme from the invitation studio, or match your published invitation.
Add the pages guests use
Schedule, venue and map links, travel and accommodation, dress code with Aso Ebi, gifts and registry links, questions and answers, photos and a reply section. Each section is optional and can be written in every guest language you offer.
Decide who can see it
Share it with anyone who has the link, protect it with a password, show it only to invited guests through their personal links, or list a public event on Attergo’s public events page. Only a public site you allow can be indexed by search engines.
Publish and keep it current
Preview every change before it goes live. When the schedule changes, guests see the new time and can be notified, with a record of what changed.
What Event websites hands to the rest of your event
Attergo modules share one guest list, one venue and one ledger, so work done here is already where it is needed next.
- Event websites with Invitations and RSVPsInvitations and RSVPsThe reply form on the site is the same one guests receive in their invitation.
- Event websites with CommunicationsCommunicationsSchedule changes published on the site can be announced to the guests affected.
- Event websites with ConferencesConferencesEach function appears on the site with its time and place; the full programme stays in each attendee’s agenda.
Asked about Event websites
Can I keep my site private?
Yes. Sites can be open to anyone with the link, password-protected, visible only through each guest’s personal link, or public. Only public sites you allow can be indexed by search engines.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Your site lives at its Attergo address, which you can change. Custom domains are not available today.
Will it work for guests with slow mobile data?
Yes. Event sites are rendered on the server as light pages, photos load only as guests scroll to them, and there are no heavy effects or third-party scripts that delay the content.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes. Write content in each language you need, and guests see the version that matches their invitation. Attergo never publishes machine translations without your review.
