One guest list for every function, kept clean on its own.
Bring in your guests from a spreadsheet or your contacts, merge the duplicates, group them the way you think about them, and see each person’s invitations, replies, seat and check-in in one place.
The list everyone keeps editing is never the same list twice.
There is the spreadsheet you started, the one your mother added to, the one the planner imported and the one someone printed. The same aunt appears three times with three spellings. Nobody knows which list the caterer has.

From messy imports to one trusted list
What you get
- A single, deduplicated list with a history of every change
- Groups and tags that drive invitations, reminders and seating
- Eligibility and capacity enforced per function and session
- Role-based access to sensitive details such as diet and access needs
- Reversible imports and full exports whenever you want them
Import with a preview
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet and match columns before anything is saved. A dry run shows new guests, likely duplicates and rows that need attention.
Merge duplicates with care
Review suggested matches side by side and merge them, keeping every reply and note. Merges are recorded and can be undone.
Organise the way you think
Group guests by side of the family, team, organisation or table preference, and tag them for anything else. Groups drive invitations, reminders and seating.
Set who is eligible for what
Decide which guests are invited to each function or session. Capacity and eligibility are checked whenever someone replies or registers.
Share safely
Give co-hosts and suppliers access to exactly the columns they need. Exports are scoped and logged, and sensitive fields stay masked.

Asked about Guest management
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel files and map your columns. You see a preview of exactly what will be created or merged before you confirm, and any import can be reversed.
What happens to duplicates?
Attergo suggests likely duplicates and shows them side by side. You choose which details to keep. Nothing is merged automatically, and every merge can be undone.
Can my co-host edit the list without seeing everything?
Yes. Roles control who can view, edit or export guests, and sensitive fields such as allergies and access needs can be restricted to the people who need them.
Does Attergo share my guest list with anyone?
No. Your guest list belongs to your event. Attergo does not sell guest data, does not build profiles across events and does not contact your guests for its own marketing.
