Every supplier, every quote, every deadline, in one place.
Invite caterers, venues, photographers and crews into a scoped portal. Compare quotes, accept the right one, keep contracts and certificates together, and give each supplier exactly the runsheet they need.
Suppliers work from whatever you last sent them.
The florist has last month’s table count. The band has the old start time. The caterer’s insurance certificate expired in March, and nobody noticed. Every change you make has to be retold to every supplier, by hand.

How working with vendors works
What you get
- Comparable quotes and a clear record of what was agreed
- Deposits and balances tied to your budget
- Contracts and certificates stored with version history
- Supplier portals with exactly the information they need
- Acknowledged changes instead of hoping an email was read
Request and compare quotes
Send a brief with the scope, dates and guest count. Quotes arrive in a consistent format so you can compare price, deposit and inclusions side by side.
Agree terms and milestones
Accept a quote to record the agreed scope, deposit and balance dates. Contracts, proofs and insurance documents are stored with their version history.
Invite suppliers into their portal
Each supplier sees only their scope: the layout, their runsheet, deadlines, questions and documents. They never see your budget or other suppliers.
Keep everyone current
When the headcount, layout or timing changes, the supplier’s view updates and they can acknowledge it, so you know they have seen it.
What Vendors hands to the rest of your event

Asked about Vendors
Do my suppliers need to pay to use their portal?
No. Suppliers you invite get access to their part of your event at no cost to them, and they see only the scope, documents and deadlines you share.
Can suppliers see my budget or other suppliers?
No. Each supplier sees only their own scope, documents, deadlines and the parts of the layout and runsheet that concern them.
Can I keep using suppliers I already work with?
Yes. Add any supplier by email. Planners and venues can keep a list of preferred suppliers to reuse across events.
Does Attergo process payments to vendors?
No. You pay suppliers directly. Attergo records amounts, due dates and receipts so your budget stays accurate.
