Celebrations with their own customs, planned on your terms.

An owambe with hundreds of guests, a sangeet that runs past midnight, an association banquet with a strict order of honour. Attergo gives you editable templates for the way your community celebrates, and never assumes anything about your guests.

DANCE FLOOR

Cultural celebrations carry details a generic event tool does not understand: matching fabrics, family roles, the order in which elders are greeted, several functions over several days, invitations in more than one language. Attergo’s regional templates arrive with sensible defaults for these, and every one of them is yours to edit.

Templates are chosen by you, not inferred from anyone’s name, location or background. They change wording, functions and suggested questions. They never decide who your guests are.

What cultural and traditional celebrations need.

Big numbers, real counts

Hundreds of guests across several functions, with households replying for each day separately.

Matching attire

Aso Ebi options with colours and prices, chosen by guests from their invitation, with who has paid and collected in one list.

Language

Guest pages follow the language you set for the event, and guests can switch between the ones you offer. Your own wording appears exactly as you write it.

Respect for roles

Elders, family heads and honoured guests seated where custom expects, as rules you set.

Several functions, one event.

Each function has its own guest list, questions, capacity and plan, so people are asked only about what they are invited to.

  1. Family gathering

The evening before the main day: family meetings, mehndi afternoons or fabric collection, with a small list of its own.

  2. Main celebration

Large guest counts, family seating zones, performers and a dance floor that fills early.

  3. Reception

Seated dinners with an order of honour, speeches and recognition of members or elders.

About cultural and traditional celebrations.

Does Attergo decide which template I get from my location?

No. You choose a template yourself. Nothing about your guests is inferred from names, locations or appearance.

Can I invite guests in two languages?

Yes, in your own words: write the invitation in both languages. Attergo’s own buttons, forms and passes follow the language you set for the event, and guests can switch between the languages you offer.

How do we handle hundreds of guests at the door?

Staff scan passes on their phones, and scanning keeps working when the venue signal drops. Arrivals sync when the connection returns.

Can we track Aso Ebi or colour themes?

Yes. List each fabric or outfit with its colour and price, and guests choose it and a quantity from their invitation. You collect payment your usual way and mark each order paid and collected. Attergo does not take this money.
