Messages that reach the right people, and only them.
Write once, choose your audience precisely and see exactly who will receive a message, and what it costs, before it goes. Attergo keeps operational notices and promotional messages separate and honours every opt-out.
One message to everyone is one message too many.
A change for the Saturday guests goes to the Sunday guests too. A reminder wakes someone at 4am in another time zone. Someone who asked never to hear from you again gets a promotion. Each mistake is small, and each one makes the next message easier to ignore.

How communications work
What you get
- Precise audiences with live recipient counts
- Costs previewed before anything is sent
- Quiet hours applied in every guest’s time zone
- Opt-outs and suppressions honoured automatically
- Operational notices kept separate from promotions
Choose your audience precisely
Target by function, reply status, ticket class, group or session. The recipient count updates as you filter.
Write and personalise
Use templates or write your own, with each guest’s name, schedule and personal link inserted. Messages can be written in each guest’s language.
Preview the cost and the reach
Before sending, see how many people will receive the message on each channel, who is excluded and why, and any messaging cost.
Send at a considerate time
Schedule messages, and quiet hours delay delivery until a reasonable hour in each recipient’s time zone.
Know what happened
Delivery status, bounces and replies are recorded for each recipient, so you can follow up with the right people.
What Communications hands to the rest of your event
Attergo modules share one guest list, one venue and one ledger, so work done here is already where it is needed next.

Asked about Communications
Which channels can I use?
Email, copied links and QR codes. Text messages and WhatsApp are not available yet because no provider is connected; the send screen shows which channels are ready.
Will I be charged unexpectedly for messages?
No. Any messaging cost is shown before you send, and Attergo never buys message credits automatically.
What about guests who unsubscribe?
Opt-outs are honoured across your event. Promotional messages are never sent to people who opted out, while essential notices, such as a change of venue, follow the rules for operational messages.
Can I see whether messages were delivered?
Yes. Each message records its delivery status per recipient. Attergo reports what the provider confirmed and never claims a message was read when it cannot know.
