Sell the floor, run the hall and share leads people agreed to.
Turn your hall plan into booth inventory with sizes, tiers and holds. Exhibitors buy, staff up and prepare in their own portal, sponsors see their deliverables, and visitors decide whether exhibitors may contact them.
The floor plan, the sales sheet and the exhibitor manual never agree.
Booth 42 is sold twice. An exhibitor misses the power order deadline. A sponsor asks for proof their logo appeared, and nobody kept it. Visitors get emails they never asked for because a badge was scanned. Expos run on goodwill, and this spends it fast.

How exhibitions work
What you get
- Booth inventory that cannot be double-sold
- Exhibitor portals with quotas, deadlines and documents
- Sponsor deliverables tracked with proof
- Lead capture that respects visitor consent
- One order history for booths, sponsorships and tickets
Map the hall
Draw booths on your EventTwin plan with size, type, tier, neighbours and services such as power and Wi-Fi. Hold booths for sponsors or returning exhibitors.
Sell booths and packages
Exhibitors choose available booths from the map and buy through the same checkout as tickets, with contracts and payment schedules attached.
Run exhibitor teams
Each exhibitor gets a portal for staff passes and badges within their quota.
Deliver for sponsors
Track each sponsor’s placements, sessions and screens, and keep proof of what was delivered for their report.
Capture leads with consent
Exhibitor staff scan visitor badges. Contact details are shared only when the visitor agreed, and visitors can withdraw that permission.
What Exhibitions hands to the rest of your event
Attergo modules share one guest list, one venue and one ledger, so work done here is already where it is needed next.

Asked about Exhibitions
Can exhibitors choose their own booth?
Yes, from the booths you make available. You can also hold booths for sponsors or returning exhibitors and release them when you choose.
How do you prevent unwanted contact after a badge scan?
Visitors choose whether exhibitors may contact them. A scan without consent records the visit but shares no contact details, and visitors can withdraw consent later.
Can exhibitors add their own staff?
Yes, within the pass quota for their booth or package. Each staff member gets their own pass, and you can see every team’s roster.
Does Attergo keep proof of sponsor deliverables?
Yes. Record each placement and attach evidence such as photos or session recordings, so sponsor reports are ready when the event ends.
