Admission that is clear to buy and impossible to oversell.
Offer free, paid, donation and invite-only admission from one inventory. Guests see the full price before they pay, passes are issued only when payment is confirmed, and refunds follow the policy you set.
Two people buy the last seat, and only one of them can sit in it.
When tickets, tables and add-ons live in separate tools, stock gets out of step. A seat sells twice, a refund forgets to release the place, and buyers discover a fee at the last step. Each mistake costs you a guest’s trust.

How ticketing works
What you get
- One inventory for tickets, add-ons and donations
- Itemised processing fees shown before checkout
- Short holds that prevent overselling
- Passes issued only on confirmed payment
- Refunds that follow your policy and update stock
Design your admission
Create ticket classes, bundles, add-ons and donation options. Set prices, capacities, sale windows and who is eligible to buy.
See the fees before you publish
Attergo shows exactly how each fee is calculated and who pays it, before your event goes on sale.
Sell without overselling
Seats are held for a short time while a buyer checks out, then released if they leave, so the place goes straight back on sale.
Issue passes only when paid
A pass is issued when the payment provider confirms payment, never because a browser was redirected. Duplicate confirmations never create duplicate passes.
Handle changes fairly
Refunds follow your published policy, return stock automatically and keep a clear record for both sides.
What Ticketing and payments hands to the rest of your event
Attergo modules share one guest list, one venue and one ledger, so work done here is already where it is needed next.

Asked about Ticketing and payments
Which payment methods can my guests use?
Attergo works with payment providers available in your country, and offers buyers only the methods that apply to your event, currency and their purchase. See the regional availability page for what is available where.
Who receives the money from ticket sales?
Ticket revenue goes to your merchant account with the payment provider, not to Attergo. Attergo charges separately for its own services, so the two are never mixed.
Can I run free registration?
Yes. Free events and free ticket classes work without any payment setup, with the same capacity and check-in features as paid events.
How are refunds handled?
You set the refund policy before tickets go on sale. Refunds follow that policy, are recorded against the order and return the place to stock automatically.
Can I accept donations?
Yes. Add one or more fixed donation amounts to registration, or run a donation-only event with no ticket required. Attergo never describes a donation as tax-deductible on your behalf; that statement is yours to make if it applies.
